Jeanne is a natural producer whether it be TV, music or film.  She finds and nutures great new talent as well as developing and creating her own ideas and with production companies. She thrives on finding the right people for the job in hand, bringing the very best people together.  Her tough negotiating and budgeting skills always ensure value for money for the client but also making sure that everyone is compensated, treated and credited fairly always!  She has enormous respect for her co-workers and has good people management skills, managing situations and any issues that arise with leadership, responsibilty and compentency.  Networking, navigating and using her production skills she makes those 'seed' ideas become reality.  Jeanne's production skills include; idea consultation and development, script/segment writing, team development and management, negotiation and budgeting, scheduling, directing, editing (FCPX), hosting, strong interviewing techniques on/off camera, nurturing and getting the best out of the 'talent' whether professional or non-professional.

 

Jeanne works in many different styles of programming, production and genres with varied budget constraints both in the UK and US.
